Our private sessions offer bespoke training plans for all abilities and ambitions. These sessions are focused on arming you with the skills and confidence to achieve your specific goals under the guidance of one of our instructors.

Private Reformer Pilates Sessions

We provide two options to have a private, bespoke session, tailored to your exact needs.

Private - A 1-to-1 session with undivded attention form your instructor.

Duo - A 2-person session for you, and a partner or friend to share.

Private Pre & Post-Natal Sessions

Pre-Natal - These sessions focus on arming you with the knowledge and tools to train safely and confidently through each trimester.

Post-Natal - It can be daunting and confusing returning to training, but our sessions will help you to rebuild your strength and confidence with a bespoke plan built for you.

Hyrox Programmes

Our 12-week plans, will give you a focused, specific training schedule to make sure that you develop the skills, strength and endurance to achieve your best race finish. Combining in-person coaching, with a weekly training schedule, our plans map out how to achieve peak performance, and taper adequately for race day.
